Molde coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under consideration at Everton.

The Sunday Times says Roberto Martinez remains the club's preferred choice to succeed David Moyes but Bill Kenwright, the Everton chairman, is determined to be thorough in examining options and Solskjaer is one of several options being considered.

Kenwright is yet to meet with the Manchester United legend, but the Norwegian knows he's under consideration and is keen to discuss the post.

Solskjaer has won back-to-back titles with Molde.
