Mohamed Salah has handed Liverpool an injury scare.
The Mirror says Salah scored directly from a corner in Egypt's win over Swaziland - but was moments later forced off the pitch with an injury.
This season the Liverpool forward has struggled to reach the dizzying heights he hit so regularly in the Premier League last campaign.
But he proved his quality in the Pharaohs' 4-1 demolition job on Friday night.
Four separate players were on the scoresheet for Egypt, but Salah's goal was the pick of the bunch. Standing over the ball on the corner spot, the striker curled one into the box with his left foot and then watched as it beat the keeper and hit the back of the net.
On the 90-minute mark the Liverpool star had to leave the pitch with a suspected hamstring injury. It appears Salah was taken off as a precaution, what with the game already in the bag.
