Luka Modric joins Real Madrid as one of the club's highest earners.
The former Tottenham midfielder signed formally for Real yesterday.
Marca says Modric will earn €4.5 million-a-year plus bonuses for five years, putting him on par with Gonzalo Higuain, Xabi Alonso and Angel Di Maria.
Tottenham will receive €30 million plus another €5 million in bonuses.
