The Mirror says Baines could follow teammate Wayne Rooney to America.
The 33-year-old has been at Everton since 2007 but is ready to move to the MLS.
Philadelphia Union and Chicago Fire are keen on the defender.
Baines is already back at Finch Farm for preseason, though he could be tempted by a move to the 'States.
