Mkhitaryan: Top four more important than records for Man Utd

Manchester United were unable to make it 10-straight wins in all competitions on Sunday.

The Red Devils had saluted nine times on the trot prior to the north-west derby against Liverpool at Old Trafford.

While their winning streak was ended with a 1-1 draw, midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan says the most important thing for the Red Devils is to continue about their business and aim for a top-four finish by starting a new run against Stoke City next weekend.

"For sure, why not?" he told MUTV.

"We have to win, try to win the next game. We are not looking for records, we are doing our best to be in the top four and to do that you have to win games.

"Do not think about records because one day they will break. We are just trying to do our job by winning every game."

Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored a late equaliser after James Milner's first-half penalty to give United a share of the points.
