Kevin Mirallas hopes Everton can keep the hype away from teammate Ross Barkley.
Mirallas has warned that Barkley must be allowed to flourish without too much expectation.
He told the Daily Star Sunday: "Ross has come in this season and done really well but people should not get carried away.
"You must remember this is his first full season and there is a lot of responsibility to shoulder.
"But I think if he keeps playing well he has got a good chance of being with England but that people shouldn't expect too much from him and remember he is still young."
