Newcastle United boss Kevin Keegan has hinted at a central role for winger James Milner this season.

Milner impressed in the middle of the park during the Toon's 4-1 win over Hartlepool on Saturday.

Boss Keegan said: "Out wide you wait for the ball to come to you. In the centre you get more chance to go and find it.

"James did well - he's the fittest player at the club."
