Rangers maintain their 100% start to the season at the expense of Celtic as a Miller brace helped them to a 3-1 win at Parkhead. Celtic may have enjoyed the majority of the possession but it was Rangers who came away with the three points after the hosts took the lead in first half stoppage time through Gary Hooper.
Shortly after the break Rangers were level as Glenn Loovens put through his own goal.
Kenny Miller scored the first of his brace with a fine volley but his second, and decisive goal, had a hint of controversy surrounding it.
Kirk Broadfoot went down in the box under Daniel Majstorovic's challenge and referee Willie Collum, in charge of his first Old Firm derby, pointed to the spot.
The Celtic player's protested feeling Broadfoot had dived. None of this mattered to Miller who converted from 12 yards.
Rangers now move three points clear of opponents Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premier League.
