AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has ruled out a January raid for Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli, claiming the Italian international is too much of a risk with his behaviour.

Berlusconi has spoken positively of the controversial 22 year old in the past, suggesting he would be open to the prospect of taking Balotelli back to Serie A.
