Real Madrid sports chief Pedja Mijatovic insists the club's Castilla team is regarded highly.
"The problem with the results of the Castilla is different. It's a very young team and creative, and the Segunda B has little good football but a lot of seniority."
Mijatovic added: "I think it's a good idea for the League to look at reserve-teams like they have in other countries. In England with players such as Cesc (Fabregas), it has helped him in the transition to the first team."
The Real chief also said: "Getafe are very important for us. Crucial. They allow us to send them players who develop and come back as better pros. Could we send the Callejon brothers to Getafe? Well, we'll see ..."
