Sinisa Mihajlovic knows he's under huge pressure at Fiorentina.
The coach received a vote of confidence from the board last week.
"I know that my job is sought-after and that pleases me," said the Serb. "I am proud to be the Coach of Fiorentina and would like to stay for many years, but I also realise I need results.
"I know many people are waiting to take my place and even turning down other offers because they believe I'm in the balance.
"I have been in football for 20 years, I know how it works, who are the Coaches who put themselves forward and those who don't. I never would.
"In my career I have always preferred to be considered a good man before a good player or Coach. I am an honest person and will not stand for subterfuge."
