Former Tottenham striker Mido has blasted Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos over his clash with Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah yesterday.

Salah collapsed awkwardly and damaged his shoulder following a heavy challenge from Ramos during the Champions League final.

The Egypt international was subsequently taken off with the game still at 0-0.

Real ended up winning the clash 3-1 following Karim Benzema's opener and a Gareth Bale brace.

However, Mido - who was capped 51 times for Egypt - was fuming at Ramos' tackle on his compatriot.

He tweeted: “Who understands in football knows that Ramos intentionally injured Salah!"
