"He is obviously completely different to people like Micah Richards, who is a big, strong athlete.
"Youngy has got more experience and positional sense probably and I think he has got a decent chance of getting in.
"He has certainly got all of the attributes. He is a fantastic player, he is so solid, I think you get the same every week.
"Obviously you are playing against different players and in different circumstances and sometimes people don't think he has done as well as he has other weeks.
"But he gives you the same every week and you know what you are going to get from him."
