Middlesbrough striker Leroy Lita is finalising his move to Swansea City.
Lita has agreed a £1.75million switch to Swansea after snubbing a late bid from Leicester.
Swans chairman Huw Evans said: "Myself and Brendan Rodgers are delighted to come to an agreement with Leroy.
"As I have said previously, Leroy was one of the manager's main targets when he arrived in Swansea a year ago."
Lita, 26, was one of Reading's stars during their two-year stint in the Premier League.
And boss Rodgers, who worked with Lita at the Madejski Stadium, added: "Leroy is a proven goalscorer.
"It would be a fantastic deal for this club.
"Our supporters would love him because he is a player that is loved by the supporters of every team he plays for."
