Britt Assombalonga says he is unfazed by the club record fee that Middlesbrough paid for his signature.
The Congolese striker moved to Teeside from Nottingham Forest for £15m last week.
But the 24-year old, who scored 30 goals in 69 appearances for Forest, believes the fee won't effect the pressure on him next season.
"You can't control the money side and negotiating of the clubs, I am just here to play my football and contribute with my goals. That's the main thing about it," Assombalonga told Sky Sports.
"I have broken transfer records twice already, at Peterborough and Nottingham Forest, I've gone well past the stage of the pressure.
"It's just they wanted me here and they know what I can do. I have just got to show it now."
