Middlesbrough are ready to listen to offers for winger Stewart Downing.
The News of the World says Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester City will fight it out for Downing and if they match Boro's £12million asking fee, will land the 24-year-old.
Middlesbrough have England Under-21 international Adam Johnson and Marvin Emnes, who they bought in the summer, to replace Downing and feel they can use the money to strengthen other areas of Gareth Southgate's side.
