Middlesbrough captain Ben Gibson has four major Premier League clubs keen to sign him.
The Daily Star says Gibson has emerged as one of the top flight's hottest properties with Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham all keen on the centre half.
Boro know they have no chance of hanging on to Gibson if they are relegated.
And they also accept they have a major fight on their hands to keep the 24-year-old even if they win their survival battle.
But Boro won't contemplate selling their prize asset for less than £25m.
