Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate expects more to come from star striker Afonso Alves next season.
"He's a goal scorer," Southgate told Boro's website. "Aspects of the rest of his game need to be worked on and improved but what we've seen in training is what we saw against City.
"He'll score goals - I think we've seen that already in the matches he's played. In addition, we'll have Mido back and he'll score goals. Between them, all four strikers each offer us something different.
"Tuncay and Aliadiere will both be stronger for the season they've had. Tuncay scored eight goals and that's a decent return considering he's not an out-and-out goalscorer. He is a different type of player, but I think he will score more goals.
"Sometimes he looks to do the spectacular rather than a simple finish, but that's what makes him so enjoyable to watch."
