Michael Ngoo added to his reputation with a hat-trick for Liverpool U18 in their victory over Wolves yesterday.
Ngoo, who chose Liverpool over Manchester United when moving from Southend United last season, struck an impressive treble in the comfortable win.
The result means that a victory in the return clash at home to Wolves on Friday will clinch top spot and a place in the play-offs.
Toni Silva also struck for the Reds.
