Lionel Messi says Barcelona must make more of their chances after victory over Champions League rivals Copenhagen.

Messi scored a goal in each half for Barca and stated that Copenhagen made life difficult for the home side.

"It was difficult because they played defensively and stayed together, which made us work hard to find space," Messi is quoted as saying by Barca's official website.

"We did not take the chances that we created and they lifted their game. It was important to win because now we have won back-to-back matches."
