Melbourne Heart have confirmed that Eli Babalj is trialling with Dutch club AZ Alkmaar.
The 21-year old striker, who recently returned to the Heart after a failed stint with Red Star Belgrade, is currently in Holland trialling with the Dutch Eredivisie side.
Babalj re-signed with the Heart for the 2013/14 A-League season after returning from Serbia but has been granted permission by the club to train with the former club of Aston Villa and Socceroos midfielder Brett Holman.
