Melbourne Heart recruit John Aloisi believes Robbie Fowler would be a perfect fit for Sydney FC.
The former Sky Blues man is of firm belief that Fowler will make a great impact with the Sky Blues and can see him being the perfect marquee player at his old club.
"It's a win-win for Sydney if they get him - on the pitch and off it. He is so marketable," said Aloisi.
"Sydney shouldn't be thinking about the Asian Champions League next year. Their thoughts should be on winning the A-League again, and I believe Fowler could even fit the bill as a No. 10."
Aloisi added that Fowler would be better off in Sydney and would make a great team with fellow forwards Alex Brosque and Mark Bridge.
"We know he can do the job here and I think it would be much easier for him playing in Sydney than in North Queensland," he added. "When I was watching North Queensland he was playing behind the strikers and defending a lot.
"I can't see why he couldn't play behind Alex Brosque and Mark Bridge at Sydney. He has the vision and touch.
"He has been such a wonderful professional that I just see him as a perfect fit under Vitezslav (Lavicka).
"Still, it's up to the coach if he really wants him."
