Raul Meireles is on the verge of departing Chelsea for Fenerbahce according to reports.
Sky Sports suggests that the Portuguese midfielder will make the move to Turkey after the two clubs agreed a fee earlier on Monday.
Chelsea have gone in a different direction this summer by bringing in the likes of Eden Hazard and Oscar making Meireles' role at Stamford Bridge limited.
Meireles joined the Blues from Liverpool on deadline day last summer and is already on the march after just 12 months in West London.
