Paul McShane is angry after being axed by Hull City boss Steve Bruce.
The 28-year-old defender was left out of the matchday squad for Sunday's 2-1 defeat by Tottenham.
McShane said: "It's disappointing and it's not the first time it's happened, so it does make me angry."
Asked what Bruce had said to him, McShane said: "Nothing."
McShane, who is out of contract at the end of the season, said: "I've been left out and I know the manager mentioned things after the game, saying the players were big-time.
"Am I big-time? I'm not sure. I don't think I am or that the other players who were left out are."
