Lee McCulloch insists every single Rangers player will be doing all they can to ensure Walter Smith's reign at the club ends on a high. The Glasgow giants revealed last month the veteran boss will retire from football at the end of the forthcoming campaign after signing a new one-year deal.
The midfielder said: "Every year is an incentive for the players, you always want to win things.
"But if it's going to be the manager's last year it would be great to let him go out on a high. It's not going to come easy, it will be hard work and down to who wants it most."
