Irish youngster Chris McCann is excited about Burnley's Premiership debut.
The midfielder told the Lancashire Telegraph: "There'll be some massive games next season, like against Blackburn. It's a massive derby so everyone's looking forward to that.
"And being a Manchester United fan, I can't wait to go there," said McCann, who is in talks over a contract extension.
Although the trip to Old Trafford is not until January 16, the Dubliner does not have long to wait to pit his wits against the club he grew up admiring back home in Dublin, as their first home game is against the champions three days after the season opener at Stoke.
"We're just looking forward to the challenge ahead, and I'm sure the fans are looking forward to it as well," said the midfielder, who turns 22 next month.
"It's going to be a great experience going to places like Liverpool, and Chelsea again - all these massive places."
