Mat Ryan is excited about his move to Valencia.
The Australian goalkeeper has joined Los Che from Club Brugge.
Ryan has arrived to cover for the absence of injured No1 Diego Alves.
"I want to play and for me it's no added pressure having do so from the first minute. I'm ambitious; Alves's situation is out of my hands. I look to myself and what I want to do is progress," he said.
"Coming to Valencia is so much better than what I had expected. It has been a good week.
"I've been taking a look at the stadium and can't wait to play there when it is packed out, with that Mestalla atmosphere. When I went there after signing, becoming a part of a club in the best league in the world - that moment was the best yet."
