Former France U21 midfielder Malaury Martin is edging closer to his Blackpool debut.
The 22-year-old midfielder signed for the Seasiders in the summer after a successful trial but was soon ruled out with a knee injury.
Although Martin returned to his native France for the first three months of his recovery, he is back on the Fylde coast to reacquaint himself with his new team-mates.
And the former Monaco trainee is expected to be back in contention in January.
"My knee is good," he told the club's official website.
"I'm back for the last four weeks of my recovery and for 10 days now I will just run and push off the knee, but it's good to be back."
