Anthony Martial is prepared to sign a new deal with Manchester United.
However, the Frenchman wants playing assurances before he considers extending his existing deal.
The Times says Martial will seek assurances from José Mourinho about his United future after becoming disillusioned at his failure to hold down a regular place in the first team.
United offered Martial a five-year contract this season but he is refusing to sign it until he is told he will play more often. His present deal expires in the summer of 2019, although United have the option to extend it by one year.
