A loan move to Olympique Marseille is being mooted for Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.

The Sun says Drogba is not in the squad for tonight's FA Cup replay at Southend after he was savaged by manager Luiz Felipe Scolari for his miserable display in Sunday's 3-0 hiding at Manchester United.

The striker will be replaced by Nicolas Anelka at Roots Hall.

Drogba, 30, is desperate to leave and his old club Marseille want to sign him on loan.
