Juventus GM Beppe Marotta says they're delighted with the work of coach Massimiliano Allegri.
Marotta was speaking before victory over AC Milan.
"Allegri is suited to our needs and the club has to support the Coach in his activity, while he is making the most of the resources at his disposal.
"We understand the criticism, as that happens in football, but we are convinced we made the right choice.
"We are Juventus, we are the leading champions, so even when playing against the so-called provincial teams they give the performance of their lives. We are able to fire up our opponents.
"The players at Juventus know this jersey weighs heavily on their shoulders and they must represent the prestige of this club."
