Juventus GM Beppe Marotta insists Paulo Dybala just needs time to settle at the club.
Dybala has struggled for minutes since his summer arrival from Palermo.
“We're convinced we've built a competitive team, with talents like Dybala," Marotta told journalists after the shareholders' meeting.
“A top team has an obligation to look for the best talent. That's how it was with [Paul] Pogba and [Kingsley] Coman, who by the way asked to leave [for Bayern Munich].
“Dybala is a talent, but he can't give immediate answers. He will be a lot better in the years to come, because switching from a provincial team like Palermo to one like Juventus means big tests in terms of criticism, training…
“As for our expectations, he's doing well, the results shouldn't just be down to him. We appreciate him, he's a smart lad and a great professional.
“From my experience, he's the kind of player who will go right to the top."
