Lazar Markovic is excited to be joined at Liverpool by Mario Balotelli.
Balotelli signed for the Reds yesterday from AC Milan.>
"I am excited about Balotelli because I like to play with good footballers," said Markovic.
"I thought that Liverpool were the best team last season and, yes, I thought they should have been champions. Luck played a part in the outcome of the title.
"I have come here because, firstly, this is one of the best clubs in the world.
"Secondly, I am now in the best league in the world and, thirdly, Liverpool are the strongest and most superior team. That is my opinion."
