Maresca ready to quit Sevilla

Sevilla midfielder Enzo Maresca has declared his intention to leave this summer.

“I have to take a decision and although it isn’t easy I need to do it,” revealed the 29-year-old. “The Coach doesn’t have faith in me, while I still want to improve as a footballer.”

Maresca confessed he is willing to reduce his wage in order to join another team and there should be plenty of Italian sides interested.

“I am ready to lose money in order to move away and win something. I want to leave Sevilla because I am worried about my career and my future.”
