Marcelo Brozovic has signed a new deal with Inter Milan to 2026.
The midfieder's previous deal was due to expire in June.
He said, “I am truly very happy to have signed this contract extension with Inter, as I strongly wanted this and the club knew that.
“I never wanted to even talk to another club, out of respect for Inter and its fans. I always told my agents that I didn't want to speak to any other club, unless Inter said outright they didn't want to renew my contract.
“It has always been an honour and a privilege for me to play with Inter. I always respected and loved this club, and that will be the case forever.
“We always play to win and I am certain we will give our all to win the Scudetto and Coppa Italia this season."
He added, “The Inter fans have always cared for me. I can't wait to get back on the pitch and resume celebrating with them."
