Manu Hernando has signed a new contract with Real Madrid.
The defender renewed his contract with the capital side until 2021, reports Marca.
Initially brought up for use by Santiago Solari at Castilla, the young man has already been called up by Zinedine Zidane, although he has yet to debut for the senior squad.
Hernando is an Under-19s international who is fast, calm and good with the ball.
These qualities make him one of the strongest prospects to come out of the academy for the future.
The centre-back has played in 10 games this season with Castilla, with a goal scored.
