Mancini says Tevez's Man City return depends on apology
Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini expects Carlos Tevez to apologise for his behavior.
Tevez is on his way back to England for peace talks with City.
Mancini has made it clear, however, that he fully expects Tevez to say sorry, adding; "This is normal.
"Then after Carlos can train, can play, as long as his condition is good."
