Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves insists Manchester City cannot buy success.

Hargreaves hasn't played for United since City's massive buying spree launched last January.

He told The Times: "City have spent a lot of money, but that doesn't guarantee sustained success. For United to have won the Premier League three times in a row and to have won so many titles in recent years are incredible feats."
