Shrewsbury have taken Manchester United youngster Aaron Burns on trial.

Boss Gary Peters said: "I took a look at Aaron Burns who was with Manchester United.

"They have a lot of lads who come through their youth ranks and Aaron has been there for about 10 years.

"He did okay and it is always worth having a look at lads who come out of the top clubs."
