Manchester United defender Tyler Blackett says manager Louis van Gaal gets along well with the players.
Blackett also admits Van Gaal will not tolerate any slackers.
He said: "He pushes us hard but he is quite relaxed. He seems to know when to be serious and when to have a laugh.
"He has some good banter with the lads, but he can be quite intimidating."
