Manchester United and Tottenham are monitoring Valencia midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia's situation at Valencia.

Los Che owner Peter Lim is expected to perform a massive clearout this summer, with Kondogbia among senior players up for sale.

Foot Mercato says the decision has encouraged United and Spurs, both which are interested in the midfielder.

For his part, Kondogbia is open to leaving the Mestalla and a move to England is of interest.

The 27 year-old's deal carries an €80m buyout clause, though Valencia will accept a fraction of that price.
