Manchester United have triggered a 12-month option in Aaron Wan-Bissaka's contract.
The fullback's deal was due to expire at the end of the season.
The Daily Mail says United plan to open talks with Wan-Bissaka about extending and improving his agreement.
Wan-Bissaka is currently on a mooted £90,000-a-week.
Talks will resume after being put on-hold in September as the final negotiations over Sir Jim Ratcliffe's shareholding purchase were held.
