Manchester United are expected to beat Chelsea in the race to sign youngster Harry Amass.

The 16-year-old is a left-back who is impressing in the Watford academy at present.

The England Under-16s star was in talks with the Blues, per the Evening Standard, but appears to have gone in another direction.

He is now set to join Man United in the coming weeks, as he believes that they can help him develop into a top player.

Amass would rather move to a bigger club, instead of opting for the potentially easier path to first team game time at Watford.
