Manchester United have submitted a proposal to Italian outfit Atalanta regarding frontman Rasmus Hojlund.
The striker is a key target for several top European clubs as the summer transfer window nears.
Per Danish outlet BT, United are serious about Hojlund and do have a good relationship with Atalanta from the Amad Diallo transfer.
With eight goals and three assists this term, Hojlund has raised his profile a year after moving from Sturm Graz.
While Atalanta may be willing to sell, they are going to hope for a bidding war to maximize his transfer fee.
Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Barcelona are all monitoring the situation.
