Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck says his England winner was no fluke against Sweden.
Welbeck revealed it was a strike honed on United's Carrington training ground.
He said: "When you get yourself in that position, arriving slightly ahead of the ball so that you end up with your back to goal, you have to come up with a way of getting the ball in the net.
"I have done it a few times before in training, but to pull it off playing for England was a great feeling.
"Because I have practised it before, I knew exactly what I was going to do when the ball came over.
"Of course, I was delighted with the finish but the main thing was that we won the game and took the three points."
