Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck hopes to see plenty of action this season.
Welbeck will battle Javier Hernandez and Dimitar Berbatov for a spot alongside Wayne Rooney and did his chances the power of good on Sunday.
He said: "My main aim is breaking into the team and getting minutes on the pitch. Hopefully if I keep performing well the manager will keep picking me.
"I'm feeling confident and I go into every game trying to play the best I can to get into the team.
"I need to play more games and get a partnership going with whoever is up-front and get minutes on the pitch."
