Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney will miss today's clash at Fulham.
The Mail on Sunday says Rooney will be a shock absentee from Manchester United's clash with Fulham after being struck down by stomach bug.
It could not have come at a worse time for the England striker, who has gone 13 games without a goal for club and country.
Rooney was expected to travel to London with the squad yesterday for the game at Craven Cottage but was ruled out. His absence will mean a first start for Javier Hernandez.
