Amad Diallo's loan move to Birmingham City has collapsed.

Manchester United are determined to let Amad leave the club temporarily as the Ivory Coast winger seeks more playing opportunities.

He was expected to join Birmingham, but both sides could not reach an agreement, per Fabrizio Romano.

Feyenoord failed to sign Amad in the summer and are keen to revisit the deal.

However, United would prefer to send the 19-year-old to an English club.
