Manchester United and Tottenham are fighting over teenage Bolton Wanderers goalkeeper Jake Turner.

The Sun says United want the England youth keeper, 18.

But Spurs have sent spies to Bolton's last two reserve games to watch the youngster.

Wanderers have only just put Turner on a full-time contract and he was on the bench last season.

United boss Jose Mourinho wants to coach him for the future at Old Trafford. Everton also rate Turner highly, but United have the lead in the race.

Bolton will take the biggest offer.
