Manchester United are disappointed to lose the services of a key scout.
According to the Daily Mail, Lyndon Tomlinson has offered his resignation at the Old Trafford club.
Tomlinson, who works as head of recruitment, is the man who first spotted Borussia Dortmund and England midfielder Jude Bellingham when he was playing at Birmingham City.
He is the latest departure from within the youth setup, with club legend Nicky Butt departing in March.
Butt reportedly left due to friction with new director of football John Murtough.
